Peppermint Christmas Tree

This year as I had mentioned on Instagram, I decided to decorate two trees. The first one is more traditional, the second one is themed.

I asked for my followers help on Instagram to decide the theme and the majority voted for peppermint!

Inspired by all of you, I set out to find the perfect peppermint decorations. Some I was able to source and buy (like this peppermint felt garland from Etsy shop The Peaberry Studio) but some others I decided to make like these peppermint discs and the peppermint candy ornaments. Red and white balls in a variety of sizes plus a large peppermint bow finish the look.

We set the Christmas tree up on our sunporch for the whole neighborhood to see as they drive past. The end result is a lot of white and red, but I think, the perfect theme!
