Halloween Scavenger Hunt
Halloween is sadly going to look a little different this year. With many towns advising against traditional trick-or-treating, we all have to get creative when it comes to helping our little ones celebrate.
This year, I am organizing a trunk or treat in our neighborhood where those neighbors that want to take part can sign up, and have treats individually wrapped for pick up outside their home by their cars. This way our kids can dress up, we know it will be kept to a small group of people, and neighbors can still celebrate together in a socially distanced manner.
I am also organizing a Halloween Scavenger Hunt with my kit for the neighborhood kids. This kit comes with 10 ghosts where you can fill out your clues and 10 Halloween markers that you can hide around your yard or neighborhood to correspond with your clues for the kids to find. Pass out the clues and let your kids enjoy the holiday COVID style. At the end, provide kids with individually wrapped treats to get for completing the scavenger hunt. What are you doing to celebrate this holiday?
