Patriotic Party Popper
Bring the fun and the mess, with this firework-free patriotic party popper - kid and mom approved!
Ingredients:
cardboard toilet paper tube
patriotic paper
duct tape
balloon
scissors
glue dots or hot glue
confetti
Instructions:
Take your balloon and tie it at the end. Then cut the top off half way.
Wrap the balloon around one end of the cardboard toilet paper tube. Secure the edge with duct tape.
Cut the paper to fit around the toilet paper tube and secure to cover with glue dots or hot glue.
Fill the open end of the tube with confetti. Have the kids pull down on the balloon to fire off the “fireworks.”
